THE COFFEE

• The first image that evokes the Coffee Mulassano
  is of a particular environment and precious little, collected, comfortable, made with great skill.
  The charm of Mulassano is closely related to his thirty-one square meters of development: in them the bronze, wood paneling and brass of his play and multiply by a wise and calculated game of mirrors. The external and internal decoration was designed by engineer Antonio Buvette of Vandone of Turin, who saw the drawings and details together, personally directing the execution in any part of the work.
  
  
  The work was carried out by stipetteria Enrico Pezza, assisted by Professor Capisano for the execution of decorative elements carved in wood, which were then golden dust from Mr. Cazzaniga. The brothers of Turin Catella furnished the marbles: rouge du Var, onyx Numidia, onyx Piedmont, alpine green, red France, Imperial yellow, marble embellished with floral decorations in bronze, which were carried out by the company Fumagalli & Amerio of Turin .
  The coffered ceiling, with central parts of leather Madeira, was the work of Cavalier Patacchi of Turin.
  
  
  On the marble counter period is a fountain of bronze and marble that has characterized the local over the decades: through a filtration system, it provides the glass of water before coffee.
   The Coffee Mulassano is a treasure chest: every detail is attended to, selected with precision, such as preparation of his famous sandwiches from the many flavors.
